Presentation of a system for microplastic removal from water at the Water 3.0 Open House

From 21 - 23 September 2022, we were invited to the Open House Days of our cooperation partners Wasser 3.0 and abcr in Landau/Pfalz. There, we were able to present our system for removing microplastics from water to invited guests from different countries.

The process for detection and removal was developed by Wasser 3.0. The plant solution for the implementation of the Wasser 3.0 PE-X© process comes from our company.

For two days, interested visitors were able to get an overview of the function and the modular construction of the system using a 3D model and a compact small system. Water 3.0 also presented the possibilities of detecting microplastics in water. In addition, the guests were able to learn a lot about the capabilities of the hybrid silica gels used for the process from the manufacturer abcr.
